In a general sense, then, the fact is that worrying about originality (again, in the sense of novelty) will only hold you back. An obsession over uniqueness can paralyze you. You may freeze, become agraid to engage the world confidently -or worse, afraid to think with your own boice and from your own experiencem as happened with me and Lord Byron. It is easy for us to sabotage ourselves with worries over imitation, over producing "bad copies" of something previously said or created; dismayed by such thoughts, we may resolve to cease any attempts at creative expression.
